How often are matches made?
Matches are typically made on a weekly basis, though this can be configured by your administrator. You'll receive an email notification when you've been matched.
Can I opt out of matching?
Yes! You can toggle your opt-in status at any time from your dashboard. When you're opted out, you won't be included in matching cycles, but you can opt back in whenever you're ready.
What if I can't make a scheduled match?
Life happens! Simply reach out to your match to reschedule. There's no penalty for rescheduling or canceling a match. Just communicate with your match directly.
Can I be matched with the same person twice?
Our algorithm prioritizes new connections, so you're unlikely to be matched with the same person repeatedly. However, if you've met most people in your organization, you may see some repeat matches.
Do I have to meet in person?
Not at all! You can choose your preferred communication method for each availability slot. Options include in-person meetings, video calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), or phone calls.
What information is shared with my match?
When you're matched, both participants receive each other's name, email address, and preferred communication channel. Your department may also be shared to help facilitate conversation.
How long should a coffee chat be?
Coffee chats are typically 15-30 minutes, but you and your match can decide what works best for both of you. The goal is a casual, low-pressure conversation.
What if I have technical issues?
